9.4 – Crisis of the Story

The crisis of the story: The pastor died

Description of the moment: Aiden was beside him when John was on his death bed. Holding his tears, waiting for his old pop to wake up and say that everything is going to be alright. He felt the warmth of John’s hands, laying weak on the side of the bed. He then hold both of his hands together, to pray and ask God for a healing. During the prayer, Aiden wept. Then, at the end of the prayer, just after Aiden cried “Amen,” he heard a long beep on the monitor. John’s heart stopped beating. He had taken his final breath.
